Dr. Jennifer Erickson

She revels in encouraging people to be the best they can be in their health and wellness. Her mantra is: ‘Everyone can be a beacon of hope no matter what their limitations are’. Dr. Jen inspires people to believe in themselves using her strongly held Christian values which she applies to all aspects of her life. Her inspiration and values motivated her to participate in the Coach Approach Ministries Coaching curriculum. For relaxation, Dr. Jen practices and instructs Hatha Yoga.
