Inspired Health Group is a Primary Care Provider covering all aspects of family care. At Inspired Health Group we are devoted to providing exceptional care that begins with a patient-centered approach. We offer a variety of clinical care services for our patients.
Medication Assisted Treatment: These therapies include Suboxone, Vivitrol, and psychiatric medications as needed. These medications are provided after consultation with the medical team and behavioral health counselor as part of a collaborative and coordinated treatment plan focused around the client’s goals.
Primary Care Services: We are devoted to providing exceptional care that begins with a patient-centered approach. We offer a variety of clinical care services for our patients emphasizing the prevention, diagnosis, and management of illness, disease, and injury.
Health Monitoring: We provide overall wellness for patients by gathering information and using tools that help identify problem areas. Health monitoring includes gathering history, checking blood pressures, obtaining weight and height, inquiring lab work, urinalysis, eye examinations, listening to heart rate, diabetes screening, and possibly ordering other tests. Collaborating our results gives the provider and counselor a true picture of a patient's wellness. Information collected will assure that your team of providers is striving to meet your goals.
Nutritional Counseling: The Nutrition component of Inspired Health Group is spearheaded by our team of dietitians/nutritionists who are trained in and practice integrative or functional nutrition therapy. This therapy is a leading-edge, evidence-based, systems biology approach to personalized patient care. This approach reflects Inspired’s nutrition philosophy while focusing on identifying root causes chronic disease and system imbalances that occur, to significantly improve patients’ well-being and health outcomes.
