Meredith Surdel has over 16 years of experience counseling adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings. She has an extensive history in working with grief and loss, families impacted by incarceration, and crisis management.
Meredith is trained in providing Progressive Counting, Person Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She whole heartily believes in a holistic approach to working with clients as they work through the challenges of depression, anxiety, substance use, interpersonal conflict, and grief. As the program manager of the Hope Center, Meredith’s career consists of program development and leading teams to provide the best possible care for clients.
